    Who is an Introspective Analyst?
    A practitioner trained in Belief Code®, Body Code®, Emotion Code®, Life Coaching, and Reiki Mastership—blending science-based methods, psychological theory, and intuitive insight.

    How is Introspective Analysist different from Life Coaching?
    Life Coaching focuses on external goals. Introspective Analyst explores the emotional and energetic patterns beneath your choices and relationships.

  • What can I expect from a session?
    A tailored experience. We explore your inner landscape, identify patterns, and apply practical strategies to support emotional clarity and growth.

    What happens during a complimentary session?
    You’ll receive a full experience—not a teaser. We begin with introductions, explore one core issue, and offer insights you can apply immediately. No pressure to continue.

    How do I schedule a session?
    Sessions are typically held virtually—via WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, phone, or email. I’ll meet you where you are emotionally and energetically, not necessarily physically.

    If you prefer to meet in person, that option is available for an additional fee.
    Please note: complimentary sessions are offered online only.

    How do I prepare for a session?
    Find a quiet, private space. Bring your questions and an open mind. Sessions typically last 90 minutes.

    How many sessions will I need?
    Some clients find clarity in one session. Others choose to go deeper. We’ll decide together based on your goals.

  • What challenges can Introspective Analysis help with?
    Emotional overwhelm, stress, relationship dynamics, decision-making, career transitions, and more. If you’re seeking clarity, we can work with it.

    Is this suitable for me?
    If you’re emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and ready for change—yes. Especially helpful for professionals, creatives, and caregivers navigating one core issue.

    Can I combine this with other therapies?
    Absolutely. Introspective Analyst complements therapy, coaching, and medical care. Collaboration is encouraged.

    Is this a substitute for therapy or medical treatment?
    No. This work enhances well-being but does not replace professional psychological or medical care.

    Most sessions are 90 minutes. Other durations are available upon request.

    How much does it cost?

    Do you work with clients outside New York City?
    Yes. I work with clients worldwide through virtual sessions. As long as you speak English, we can work together with clarity and ease. I also speak intermediate Korean and can offer gentle support in Korean when needed.

    Distance is no barrier to transformation. Presence travels well.
